Theresa is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in educational leadership and operational management. As the Chief Financial Officer for Agora Learning Partnership, she is responsible for managing the Trust’s budget across ten primary schools, collaborating closely with headteachers to establish strategic financial plans and enhance financial processes.

Prior to her role at Agora, Theresa served as the Chief Operating Officer at Westminster Academy, where she significantly reduced staff turnover and implemented a digital performance management system. Over the last decade her strategic insights and financial acumen have been instrumental in generating additional income and improving stakeholder relationships.

With a strong foundation in school business management, she is dedicated to driving excellence and ensuring that every student achieves their full potential, not only through working within schools but also through her service as a Trustee on the board of an inner London secondary school.
