Michelle is a skilled project manager with a proven track record in account and stakeholder management built over 10 years in the pharmaceutical, science and healthcare industries. 

She has successfully transferred this experience into the education sector. Consistently delivering results and driving operational change in academies for the past 4 years as Chief Administration and Data Officer of a large primary and secondary phase multi academy trust. In addition, Michelle has expertise in governance following 5 years as a member of a secondary academy governing board and a multi academy trust admissions committee. Michelle has a strong commitment to the learning and development of young people and a passion for operationally supporting schools, enabling school leaders to focus on teaching and curriculum to improve educational outcomes.
